Our Warming Centre provides immediate relief and protection during dangerously cold or severe weather conditions. We offer a warm, safe environment, nutritious meals, and compassionate support for individuals and families experiencing homelessness or inadequate housing.

The Warming Centre activates when:

  • Extreme weather warnings are issued
  • Other dangerous weather conditions occur

During activation:

Open: 6:00 PM - 8:00 AM
Overnight shelter available

Who can use the Warming Centre?

The Warming Centre is open to all adults experiencing homelessness or inadequate housing during extreme weather conditions. We do not turn away anyone in need of shelter from dangerous weather.

What should I bring to the Warming Centre?

Guests are encouraged to bring identification if available, but it is not required. You may bring personal items, but space is limited. We provide blankets, pillows, and meals.

Are pets allowed?

Service animals are always welcome. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets at this time due to space and safety limitations.
