Our comprehensive program provides the education, training, and support needed to launch sustainable careers.

The Career Pathways Program is designed to break the cycle of homelessness through economic empowerment. We provide men with the skills, credentials, and support needed to secure living-wage employment and build sustainable careers.

Our approach combines industry-recognized certifications with personalized coaching, hands-on training, and direct connections to employers. We meet participants where they are in their educational journey and provide multiple pathways to success.

Culinary Arts

Hands-on training in food preparation, kitchen safety, and restaurant operations with ServSafe certification.

12-week program

Facilities Maintenance

Training in basic repairs, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC fundamentals for building maintenance roles.

10-week program

Warehouse & Logistics

Forklift certification, inventory management, and supply chain operations training.

8-week program

IT Support

Basic computer repair, network troubleshooting, and help desk skills with CompTIA A+ preparation.
